Design

The Infinix Zero 5G has a unique design. The back is curved and glossy, and it slopes up to meet the cameras seamlessly. This finish makes the back panel a fingerprint magnet. Although it appears to be made of glass, the phone is actually made of plastic and feels like it. This phone’s volume rocker and fingerprint reader/power button are on the same side. The latter is clicky and responsive, instantly waking up and unlocking the phone.

Display

The Infinix Zero 5G’s display is a 6.78-inch IPS LCD with a 1080 x 2460 resolution and a refresh rate of 120 Hertz. The high refresh rate is adaptive, which means it can be reduced depending on the content on the screen to save power. It improves the fluidity of movement on the screen. With a pixel density of 388 PPI, this screen appears sharp, but it lacks any HDR support. The Zero 5G has a traditional headphone jack and a single bottom-firing speaker for audio. On loudness charts, this speaker receives a high rating. Its sound quality is okay with decent sounding highs.

Performance

The Infinix Zero 5G is powered by a MediaTek MT6877 Dimensity 900 5G (6 nm) chipset. It delivers solid midrange performance, outperforming MediaTek G-series chipsets. Platform

This phone is powered by XOS 10, which allows for extensive customization. It is still built on Android 11. Aside from customization, there are a slew of extra pre-installed apps.
